Bourgeau Lake
Bourgeau Lake is one of the most popular day hikes near the mountain town of Banff. The trail culminates at a high mountain lake surrounded by steep rock walls and a sub-alpine forest.

Bow Glacier Falls
A scenic trail that follows the shoreline of Bow Lake with beautiful views of Crowfoot Mountain across the lake and Mount St. Nicolas rising from the Wapta Icefield. The trail skirts the rim of a gorge before ending at the base of an impressive set of falls.

Consolation Lakes
Lower Consolation Lake is situated beneath the glaciated cliffs of Bident Mountain and Mount Quadra and offers easy access on a wide, gentle trail. The lake rivals many other Rocky Mountain lakes but without the long uphill slog.
